I am on day 31 of flower. Super Silver Haze. I feel pretty happy with the look every couple days I’m seeing yellowish green leaves lower. I usually pluck them but wanted any advice.

Should I be doing more defoliation?

Any other mid flower or SSH strain advice would be appreciated

seems your running of the board without a reply... I'd say I wouldn't... not much to gain.. leave something on the bush to help feed it to finish... pull the dead dry....

Definitely not. You took too much already in my opinion.

I did my first flower defoliation on my current grow, before I would never remove leaves during flower. I researched quite a bit and I seen that the general recommendation is to not do any major defoliation after week 3 of flower unless it's just 1 or 2 big fans here and there if causing major light penetration issues.

I did a major defoliation at week 3 like suggested, so far I'm very impressed with how they just started developing more after a few short days of recovery. I guess we will see at harvest if it was worth it, I'm growing the same strain as last time with environment, soil, etc all the same so it will be a good comparison.
