Here is my gorilla cookies auto, week 10 of flowering. Basically all of the higher leaves are yellow and drooping but there are still many visible white hairs…..

Do I harvest? I’m afraid if I wait, the yellowness will transfer to the buds

Any feedback appreciated (this plant was stunted from birth)

Also, when I harvest, should I chop it before lights on or before lights out?

Thanks

I think it is a good time. The auto plants always bring out the white hairs at the end of flowering and this sometimes deceives, but it is ready.

I'm looking for 10% amber on the bud trikes. I'd need a much tighter shot of a bud to have an opinion. Something like this:

There are amber trichomes. Should I harvest an auto that still has white hairs? And should I harvest before lights out or before lights on?

Harvest based on color of trichomes on your buds not the color of the pistils. I’d cut it a couple days after watering, I don’t worry about what time of day.

The pistil colors don't matter. Once I see the level of amber I want, the only timing I consider is how long it's been since the last watering. I try to chop at least three days after the last watering, so drying doesn't take forever.

when you harvest do so as soon as the lights come on as that’s when it’s at peak potency.

Saying that hardly anyone worries about what time of day it is when they harvest just normally done when you have the energy/time

I done mine today so I’m pretty stoned from handling sticky plants & smoking lots of joints to ease my back pain

I wish I’d seen this 20 mins ago haha I’ve just brought her down

Good to hear man haha! For some reason mine have a manure whiff to them, know what that’s about?

I’ve hung the whole thing in 1 to dry, will this be okay do you think?

Happy smoking bro

The smell will be genetic
Not all cannabis smells fruity or sweet
There’s strains like cat piss & dog shit that were named that because the smell was akin to it.

Hanging the whole thing up without taking of the fan leaves will take longer to dry as long as the drying humidity doesn’t go above 60% & there’s fresh air

Hhaha cool man, if the smells was the name, this one would be called rabbit droppings

Hopefully they smell better once dry and cured
