Transplanted too soon, over watered and water had ph of 8.5. Clearly stunted the hell outtve these babies. It's been approximately 3 weeks without any new growth. These are them currently, after drying them out and adding new, moist soil around root base up to surface. Allowing plants to absorb moisture from new soil only. I'd like to hear from some of the veterans out there on whether or not I should continue nursing these or just get rid of them? 3 weeks no growth. Does.that mean it's not going to happen?

Stems are sturdy for their size. Greens seem healthy. No wilting, or praying..

Id dig up and put them in a solo cup until established. Those pots need to dry out and wont when the plant is that size.

I’m a 15+ year moderately skilled outdoor grower. If it was me I’d cut my losses and plant new seeds (or get clones if available) in good soil with perlite and other nutrients. It’s mid-late in growing season so whatever you start will be small, especially if only growing outside which looks like you are. You might also consider skipping growing this year (so you won’t be disappointed with results) and start seeds indoors next March or April for putting outside next May or June. Even if you can’t start inside, getting seeds growing outside in May would put you way ahead from where you are now. Meanwhile you can research growing methods so you have a good grow next year rather than a struggling grow this year. Just saying. Good luck.

I don't like to give up on any plant. Sometimes they can really grow well once they have the right growing conditions. So I'd take that challenge. See what you can get from them and maybe learn a little in the process. A transplant and a few other changes might do some good.

Put them in some solos with some happy frog and start some more seeds just in case. You might wind up with more plants than you bargained for.
