Should I Worry? Leaf Curl And Blistered Appearance

8 plants growing from seeds. 3 Pineapple Haze, 3 Blueberry, 2 Strawberry Kush
32 days since putting seed in soil
Height between 5 and 6 inches
3 gallon containers
Just Natural organic potting soil from Walmart with 25% perlite mixed in
Since transplanting to 3 gallon pots, I'm watering about every 3 days with tap water left to sit in a bucket at least 24 hours
ph from the tap is around 8. I use ph Down to adjust to between 6 and 7, depending on the ph of the runoff from the last watering. For example, last time I watered, runoff was 6.2, so I will adjust water to 6.8 or 7 for the next watering.
Jack's Classic All Purpose 20-20-20 (I've been using 1/4 tsp per 4 gallons vs the 1/4 tsp per gallon suggested on the package) I've fed on the last 2 waterings because the plants had previously had some yellowing and they responded well to the low dose feeding.
No foliar feeding
Single 600W MH in an air cooled hood
About 18 inches above top of plants
Grow is in a large closet. Plants are taking up about 8 sq feet
Temps are mid to upper 60's at night with lights off. Upper 70's during the day with lights on.
Haven't noticed any insects
This is my first grow

A couple of my Blueberry plants have some leaves curling down.
One of my Pineapple Haze has several weird leaves that look blistered and one with some yellow spots.

What do you guys think? Should I change anything or are these minor flaws pretty normal?

Couple things

Always let tour water sit out for 24hrs son the chlorine can dissipate. Soil likes 6.3-6.6 oh. Coco about 6.0-6.3, hydro about 5.8. I'd check the ph. Looks like a ph issue by the leaf curl.

I do let the water sit out for at least 24 hours before using it and ph seems ok. I haven't tested the soil itself, but I always adjust the ph of the water before I use it and I check the runoff. I'm aiming for 6.5, so I usually adjust the water to between 6.8 and 7 since the runoff has been testing a little lower, between 6 and 6.3 the last couple of checks.

I should also mention that most of the plants look good overall. Both Strawberry Kush look great. All 3 blueberry look good, except for the little bit of leaf curl, but that's only affecting 2 of the plants and on each of those plants, it's only affecting a couple of the leaves. I may be overreacting. Just figured it might be an early sign of an issue. And out of the 3 Pineapple Haze, the weird leaves are all on a single plant. The other 2 look good.

This is my first grow, so I'm just going on what I've tried to gather from reading online. I can't remember where, but somewhere in a guide, it was suggested that you should measure the runoff and adjust the water based on that. They suggested to always adjust to between 6 and 7, but if runoff was low, put water in that was a little higher and vice versa.

So you think I should just adjust to 6.3 or 6.4 and not worry about runoff?

also back this up. Anything not inert is not just holding water, there's reactions taking place. The only thing you can see from soil runoff really is if you're mega overfeeding and it comes out really high off pure water. The soil holds the nutrients so your runoff is only representative of what is being released and washed out after those are taken. If you put through pure water and it comes out 1000ppm, you overfed consistently. Other than that, youre not getting the info you think you're getting from your runoff. Set your ph and leave your runoff alone.
