With the light so close and the yellowed leaves mostly near the top of the plant, the problem could be light bleaching. Some nitrogen and magnesium are likely to be helpful, but those yellowed leaves won't turn green again.

I’d guess that you are watering it too much. As far as the light distance, bend the stems over gently, LST low stress training.

1- don't spray your plant with pesticides when that's not needed

2- seem to me that 2 feed in 108 day isn't much ...

I said before that you are watering too much. What I mean is that you are watering too frequently (certainly) and most likely too much at a time. The roots are suffocating. They need some dry time between waterings.
Consider: how often does it rain?
Extend the frequency to one watering every 4-5 days. Reduce the amount to half gallon, or whatever it takes to just wet the bottom of the bag. You can water more but you are washing nutrients out (consider that) and the more you pour through there the more it retains and the longer between waterings.

Someone said not to add nutes to buildasoil 3.0 because it is a water only soil?but I think that's in a 15 gallon pot or bigger,I'm in a 5,I'm going to hold up on the Flying Skull pest spray,

Looks light in color. Nitrogen deficiency. Add nitrogen Also would raise the light as high up as possible.

You can find info on LST.
And you can buy a roll of a coated wire to tie the stems down (Amazon) that makes it easy.

I’m finding that it is hard to water too little. My best plants are the ones that I let the bag get light between waterings.

Since you can’t raise your light, can you turn the intensity of your light down…say to 30%. Also agree with others, let the plants dry out between watering.
