They look like maybe they are overwatered. Those leaves look like they are retaining a ton of moisture. Like they are over plump with water.

Horticulture lighting group 100w. Set at 18 inches. Fox farm ocean forest soil. Feeding Fox farm big bloom and CalMag. 6ml/half gallon and 3ml/half gallon CalMag. 10% runoff every 2 to 3 days. I'm thinking too much nitrogen

How much runoff should a have. I take my time with watering to allow the soil to absorb. I shoot for 10% to 15% runoff

So your plants are in ffof, that should keep them fed for like a month or so. You can give them the cal mag almost all the way thru, just hold off on using any other nutrients until they tell u they're hungry. As far as runoff. A little bit is cool, but I try to water them without washing out the nutes in the ffof. You could be feeding them too much. That soil is pretty hot.

As a few of the other guys have mentioned.
Fox Farm Ocean Forest should feed your plants at least 30 days.
Plants this size in pot's that size, likely closer to 60 days. You just need to learn the I'm hungry signs so you know when to start feeding Gro Big.

The first thing new growers need to understand is that it's really easy to kill a plant with kindness, Simply buy watering to often.

The secret to how often you need to water is this.
Stick a finger at least 1/2 of your index finger deep into the pot. If the medium feels moist. The plant does not need watering. Check again tomorrow. Do this every day! Your finger will tell you when you need to water. The worst thing that can happen is you go a day to long and the plant wilts.
Just water it and it will be fine in an hour k.

When your finger tells you the medium is dry enough to water. These pots need 2 or 3 cups of water slowly. 2 oz at a time a couple of minutes apart so the medium has a chance to soak it up. It does not run down the side of the pot and out the bottom, enough to give you 1 cup of runoff.
The runoff actually cleans out any extra old fertilizer. Water your garden with it it's still good fertilizer.

I'm sure from the color o your plants you have fed them before the nutrients in the Ocean forest ran out. The very dark green is a giveaway.
Best thing to do is don't feed them for 30 days. Of course water when needed as described above. But you should not need to water for at least 5 or 6 days.

When you start feeding again start with 5ml Gro big in 2 liters water. That's about 150ppm Nitrogen. Buy then if you study a bit you will know when to bump up the Gro big.
Go easy on the Cal-mag as well.

I'm seeing a little light stress as well. Maybe back the light off to 24" and see how your plants look in 2 weeks.
