I haven't since i planted them. I amended the soil with 3 tablespoons per gallon of soil. This sat will be 2 weeks they've been in the soil with amended 444 gaia. Maybe time to top dress? This was 5 days ago...or at least wat u posted on sunday...so growth looking quite good. As for the tips i'm not sure what it is. What #day did u give them gaia?
I feel like that's alot of gaia, and as it has obviously had a positive effect growth wise, I think it may just have been a bit to large of a dose for them. I amended at 1 tablespoon per gallon with gaia and added some worm castings. I could be totally off base but I think they r just o.d'ing a little bitI haven't since i planted them. 3tbs per gallon is the right dose...only when its out of nutrients. Coast of maine had nutrients *i'm assuming* so he should of waited to feed until day 21-30I feel like that's alot of gaia, and as it has obviously had a positive effect growth wise, I think it may just have been a bit to large of a dose for them. Right before that, it says “potted plants 3-tbs” either way we all use at least 3tbsView attachment 1346482
I got a 40 pound bag lol
Sorry I was looking at the wrong shit man.Right before that, it says “potted plants 3-tbs” either way we all use at least 3tbs
Are you using ledMy growth has slowed. I even have one plant back left that just is taking forever for new growth to mature. Plus the white tips. Using coast of Maine soil with worm castings asking with gaia green 444 at recommended dosage amended into soil.View attachment 1346333View attachment 1346334View attachment 1346335View attachment 1346336View attachment 1346337
Using spider SE3000... I thought maybe deficiency or maybe i had the light to close at to much power. Had it at 30 inches at 55% . I've since lowered the light to 20 inches and dropped power to 35%. They looked a bit healthier this morning. 4 weeks from sprout. Are you using led
Reason i ask is slow growth and yellow tips can be a sign of the light being to lowAre you using led
That is your problem i would say the light swing it as high as poss it wont hurt them it may encourage stretching if you see undesirable stretch drop it till you find the sweet spotUsing spider SE3000... I think you may be right... I've def struggled with finding a sweet spot with the light. First time indoor growing.Reason i ask is slow growth and yellow tips can be a sign of the light being to low
There is a correlation between ec and ppfd more ec more ppfd upto the limits before c02 supp
Leds give a intense beam due to reflection tech and lenses this can prove to ne to much for youngers
I spent years messing with nutes before realising how an. Led changes many dynamics just because its cool on the back of your hand dosnt mean its right for the babays
If you on leds i would start there and dont take the manufacturers word for ppfd output its usually way off due. To quality control ect
They two plants on the right just aren't filling out like the other two on the left. Do you think and extra topping would help this? They've all been topped only once. That is your problem i would say the light swing it as high as poss it wont hurt them it may encourage stretching if you see undesirable stretch drop it till you find the sweet spot
Under a viper ks3000. We couldnt get it to 100% untill week 2 of flower at 40 inches now they are there it can drop slowly to the sweet spot
This is why most rifht led off because they havent understood the difference between the 2 light sources
Start high as poss with led lowest intensity and if they stretch lower it or increase intensity after a few you will just know lolI think you may be right... I've def struggled with finding a sweet spot with the light. First time indoor growing.
Tie the main branches down to the edge of the pot pull them low take fan leaves that block light from the centerThey two plants on the right just aren't filling out like the other two on the left. Do you think and extra topping would help this? They've all been topped only once.
