I've done freelance work in film under my own company. And I've been either an engineering technician or field service engineer for my day jobs. What studio do you work for?
I bet he is on point with what he does. Film sets know how to burn money like few industries, so you gotta be on your game if you are on a set. I'd love for some day to transition out of a manufacturing environment, into more art based work, it would be so much more interesting and rewarding. That's one hopeful side goal of this project, a new career.I know a guy that does sets and stuff at the local studio. He does this kind of stuff as well. He is always trying to link various cameras into it.
