Thanks for the kind words.

We are ready to plant! Just a few more details to wrap up... we hope to get our final inspection later this week.

Pics are of a flowering room, you are looking at 2000 gallons of fine, fine dirt and 12kW of :sun Conditioned air is drawn in from the warehouse and co2 dispensed by a co2/temp/humidity controller. Since we are using the warehouse air as a buffer we should be able to maintain the same conditions summer to winter and use the lights to heat the warehouse space in the winter. If outside humidity is low we have a swamp cooler, if we need more cooling or dehumidification we will use a rooftop a/c.

2nd pic is a j-box we built to run our ballasts outside the room, they accepted it but just barely....

We will have a bunch of strains including a half dozen Haze hybrids including Snowcap, a few og kush varieties or crosses including Skywalker og. Afgooey, Lavender and Willie Nelson (thanks!), Golden Goat, Mr. Nice, Lambs Bread, Mango, Pineapple Express, and maybe a few more...

Niiiiiccccceeeee!!!!

That is tits maing!!! love it when a plan comes together...hopefully the state lets ya keep rockin it but I am less and less optimistic about that one anymore after fightin with the DOR and IRS over all the application stuff lately, it is goin to be a very short list of people gettin approved at the state level.IMO I still feel them in my ass...no homo...lol

Hardwiring was a possible solution... we needed the lamp cords to be longer, and we needed to pass them through a partition (the ceiling).... this solves both of those issues. Hardwiring was going to be expensive to buy the wire and very labor intensive in comparison.

However, Boulder City will not accept lamp cords passing thru a partition regardless if a j-box is used at the same time anymore... I like it when a rule gets made after I have done something.... :smiley_joint:

Yeah, the MMC owners have been questioned about taxes by the state already. Looks like that was the 1st hurdle and so far so good. We should be able to stay in biz for a few runs even if we end up denied, then partner up with someone who has made it...

A call a day at least over here, starts with the IRS and gets painfull quick..

You have the perfect approach though, be fluid and flexible as hell..

Me too.

We passed inspection (except some details...) so we can now officially occupy our space.

I can't wait to take pics of buds, the construction thing was wearing really thin... I like the design aspect but actually doing the work is hard on the body... we joke that we will all need the ADA bathroom and strong indicas for the pain after we are done.

We will also be trying some Cheesus, Cheese, LA Conf, Meltdown, Wheelchair, White Berry and Chocolope. I wasn't sure about our Blowfish cut, but after it cured it tested 23.68% thc and has a great smell and smoke. It's really strong. The Pineapple Express, on the other hand looks good but isn't potent enough so no more of that. And we have a huge amount of seeds to start too.

Very Impressive

That looks awesome, I used to live on baseline across from the school in the 80's. If they had MM then I'd still be there. GOOD LUCK

1st Run

Loving the new system... it's working well but we need a liquid co2 tank even the 50 lb'ers go too quick... and an instant hot water heater.

We have a lot of strains we're trying out and most seem to be doing well, but this first run is kind of a mish-mash of different strains and different sized plants.

Here's some random pics of the girls...

Looking good buddy! Hope it turns out to be a great crop! BTW, I'm loving the panoramic pics...I need to bust out a tripod and try that in my room, too!

The panoramic shot is sweeet. Nice bushy plants too. Some of my strains are stretching like crazy as soon as they get under the mh's.

The panos were taken by my Sony Nex-5, it shoots 7 fps as you pan the camera and then stitches it for you... imperfectly because I'm using a wide angle lens at very close distances, it works seamlessly with landscapes. I just got a used tripod and an old Canon manual focus 1:1 macro lens so I can take some portraits and close ups of the ladies too.

AWD, they are actually under HPS, I just set the wb on my camera. I hope next time we can afford mh bulbs as I'd rather use them until ~2 weeks into flower....

Here's a couple more taken 7 days later (click to open full size)
