DK - Most of what I grew was from cuts that were collected although a few like the Cheesus were from seed. Once I get a ring flash I think my photos will take another leap up in quality...

Interesting timing that this thread was bumped. I just delivered a demand letter from my lawyer to the owners of BMMD (Boulder Medical Marijuana Dispensary). They did not honor the deal we made, and have paid me less than $25k for a years worth of my work. I designed and built the grow, working with architects, engineers, and city inspectors, and ran the grow for the 1st two harvests before they got rid of me. I am going after both the LLC and the owners personally, as they did not follow the rules to be protected under their LLC.

I know, it's the same sob story that dozens of growers are telling, and it makes me wonder what the fuck is wrong with people. I have never had a major issue in 17 years, then this happens as soon as it's "legal". I want to encourage any grower to go see a lawyer if you've been fucked over by a dispensary, if you've done real work and can prove it, you are entitled to be compensated, contract or no.

No sob story. It's bullshit that these cheap bastards do it. My friend owned a shop, he had a felony so he put a straw owner in. The straw guy said F u after the paperwork was signed and stole the shop.

Bro, that really sucks that you got screwed over but that is what happens when big business steps in man. Better to keep things small and private IMO. Never know how the city, state, or federal govt is going to react when it's that time of the month either. I'm sure you've got other plans in the works though cause we all are pretty crafty when we need to be. Hope you get things flowing in the right direction again!

I dunno, man.. Here in Cali seems that dispensaries ran like a true business tend to stick around and maintain stability.. It's when thugs (shit stains) get involved that things turn to crap. They are like deer caught in headlights when the big money starts to roll, and then they just loose their frikkin minds and all that 'street sale' mentality comes out. At this point, it's just a money grab and no thought behind their actions what-so-ever. Luckily, they don't stick around long...
