Im not being offensive at all... but you need to do alot of research. Start in the FAQ's of this and many other sites, Hpsbulbs as well as MH require a ballast to function. Read as much as you can before you plant any seeds or you will just end up frustrated. Look up Ebooks on cannabis cultivation, there everywhere online. Good Luck
