Solow Grows Uzi Cookies

#3 is clearly the standout right now. But it's early and if there is one thing I've learned from my first 2 grows, it's that the standout in veg may not be the winner in flowering. One of my worst looking plants in veg is kicking ass in flower. Oh...

Oh yea, I popped 3 more lol. In typical fashion, I went overboard, and what was once me just trying to practice and get a feel for hydro has turned into me being a dumbass and trying to do way too much lol.

Your correct! Rapid rooter or Rockwool to wet will let bean pop but will turn tap root to mush! I’ve learned like 4 times now lol

So now we have Uzi Cookies 4,5 and 6 too. Very cool. I am not sure what you mean by "too much". You will have to explain this phrase to me.

So it seems I'm having my first real issues. Nor sure if it's an issue with my DWC or an environmental issue. The edges of the leaves are curling upwards just on this one plant. Ph is 5.9. PPM is right around 300. I had this issue with one of my 4 kings. I dunno if this is the same thing, but it went away when I raised the humidity.

Also, I learned hydroguard is a must in DWC. My roots on my SLLP turned from brown to white within days and it perked up bigtime!

I've got one plant that I can't get to stop drooping. I have tried everything... i lowered the ppm, adjusted the ph, changed the res, lowered my water level... can't figure it out. I am running 24/0 veg cuz it was getting cold down there. Res temps are usually stable at 68 *F. The rest of the plants seem fine... I will post pictures when I get home tonight.

Im learning the ropes, and trying to get things dialed in. The roots have finally hit the water on some of these and I think they are really gonna take off now. 3 is the one struggling. Seems to be doing okay for now, but not great. Got what appears to be some burnt tips so I dropped the ppm a bit. Keeping a close eye...

The new growth on #3 looks to be alright, so hopefully it will grow fine from here.

Looking good bro. You’ll be caught up in no time. Mine should be showing sex here in the next couple days. They are showing early signs but I want to make absolutely sure before I do anything about it.

It's definitely a lot to handle, and it's hard cuz I don't have easy access to all sides, like my other tent. Im really looking forward to just cloning one plant, once I find something really special, and filling an entire tent using my RDWC system. But it is fun starting from seed, cuz u never know what you're gonna get.

And btw, this hydro shit is fucking insane! The one DWC bucket I got in flower is straight taking the fuck over in that tent! It's aleady the biggest one!

When you get them all in rdwc you’ll be able to keep like a bluelab guardian in it constantly. It’s cool watching them eat, then when you prune they trip out and shit 10ppm back out and stop eating lol. I’m like yeah I better stop she’s getting pissed.

It is cool! And definitely a learning experience. It will definitely help to learn what a plant likes and grow it out for a few cycles. They are all a little different. I got some right now where the ppm is dropping a little, some are rising just a little, and some are staying the same. Trying to learn what each one likes.

Good observation. Even us soiless growers can learn a thing or two from you hydro guys. Be sure to scedule my pruning the day before a water only cycle.. noted. Thanks for that. Funny enough that's how it worked out for the run I'm on now. Yay! lol
