I'm not sure exactly what I have, but it's an infestation of some sort of bug. I laid down some yellow stickies and after 1.5 weeks I've noticed nothing but little what I thought was dust particles. Upon further inspection with a 60x magnifying glass, I was able to determine they are some sort of bug. Any help in identifying these would be great. And any fixes for them or solutions to get rid of them would be appreciated.

The only pest I've had that was so small I couldn't see individuals with the naked eye were russet mites. It's hard to make these out but they might be a larval stage of another pest. I don't recognize them right away.

If you see that your plants have really slowed their growth and they're turning a sort of tan or light brown because of millions of tiny bugs covering them, russet mites might be the issue.
