So I’m growing 5 plants! My blueberry turned out to be a male 4 weeks into veg. So I snatched it up and threw it off my back deck into my back yard! Well I haven’t thought anything about it until i was checking backyard after flood we had 3 days ago. There he was stand strong, nice color, and had definitely produced more seeds. It looked really healthy?????? How in the hell is that plant not dead or have anything wrong with it. I live in the South it’s 50-73F during the day sometimes colder and anywhere from 30-50 F. Oh and it’s humid and rainy and it snowed the other day??? I have grow room in basement so I have to dial in temp in all my tents with all kinds of equipment and that’ damn male plant was growing like a weed out there when we have 4 seasons every week. This kinda amazed me!

Yeah indicas can take a lot of cold. Usually it takes low 20s or a prolonged upper 20s to really kill them

I grew up in Northern Vermont and tried to never harvest before the 2nd frost unless it was a killing frost.

Don’t get the seed thing, unless it was a hermaphrodite...males just have pollen sacks or balls.

Looks like a female from the photo. Why did you suspect it was male?

I have another question if you don’t mind? The 2 big plants in my tent are hybrids SatDev23 and a new Strain we crossed! Plant 3 The smaller Indica is Already showing small buds but the other 2 hybrids are only showing white wispy hairs here and there. My question is do Indica plants show flower earlier than Sativa and hybrids. I know Sativas flower longer than Indica. But do Indica show flower sooner?

So for reference here’s a male. About 7-10 days into bloom.
