Only options are a dehumidifier or exhaust when humidity gets too high. A/c helps cut the humidity as well.

Make sure you buy that has the, drain option, That way you can hook up a garden hose up to the unit and just set the RH that you want say 50%, then run the hose to a drain, that way you don't have to fuck with anything, Frigidaire make a 70 pint, that the only size I think that comes with the garden house connection on the back.

Id keep it between 50-60% in flower to prevent rot. Spikes for short amounts of time shouldn't hurt. Just dont want it that high the majority of the time.In veg, you can go up to 80%. Keep in mind also, the De-humidifier it going to add a good bit of heat to the room as well. So plan accordingly

While were dealing with the humidity issue let me toss a question out there or two...

1 - when is best to feed - lights on - before lights off (prob not ) or in the middle or

Well that is not a option to me as no accessible drain without great security concerns but appreciate the answer bro - def gonna need some dehumidifier of some sorts thou - still working out the kinks here but will get it dialed in .... might even venture a little towards dwc soon as i really wanna get this room as self sufficient as possible ....

have a great day all gonna go stress a little maybe kill light and run led for last 2 hrs - thou won't help with humidity - hum maybe off to buy one

Well with me sealed rooms, we always feed 1st thing when lights come on, b/c even with a vented room, when the lights go out the RH will start rising, if you water in the morning or when the lights 1st come on the plant will use the water/food what ever you gave it during the day, be less RH when lights out,,,;)

well another thing you can do is mount the Dehu, up on the wall say in your grow room, then drill a hole threw the wall & run the garden hose into a trash can, just make sure you mount the Dehu Higher on the wall then the trash can out side the room, let gravity take over..;)
Also I have a friend who does just that, then uses the pure water to feed/water back to the plants.

hum . now that i give it some thought there is a opening between the wall and the other wall or should i say a gap of space behind wall about 8-10 in between the sheet rock and cement wall - and it leads behind the sitting space where the ac vent and hot water heater is at - and i just installed a new air heat system but needed a pump to get the water up from ac out to the outside can run it right to that hose during winter with a small whole in wall - Good looking out bro ....

Yes, always feed in the first few hours of the lights being on, mainly just like Oscar said -- it is also better for plant absorption as they will love the ferts more when lights come on.. I know it sux that it is warm up here sose, but i'm hoping this is the last warm day of the season, come on already.. loving the weather but it's almost thanksgiving... lol!

always in the past when days are like this, borderline warm/sticky, always throw the A/c on.. no big deal and cuts the humidity out of the air and keeps it steadily cool in the rooms... hopefully you got it under control.. just chill bro and all will work out, plus by tonight it will drop in temp and we are looking at a nice week of decent weather and cold nights

So what did you end up deciding to do, are you going to buy a Dehu, or do something different ?
Here is the one we use for little things, like drying rooms and shit, nothing to heavy

very nice medusa!!! aha, nice drain man !!! whatever works

Sose... carrot is a cool name for a cat.. talking about BOG seeds, my boy years ago I gifted him 20 beans of bogglegum.. he had them going really nicely.. his cat got into the room and literally ate all the tops of the plants at the beginning of sexing.. went back to there and he said your never going to believe this.. and i knew by his face it wasn't good... so he made a huge gate to keep the cat out, once they got too big he would just eat the leaves, but just was too funny!!!

Ok - i see exactly what need to be done with the dehumidifier and gonna need a new small carbon filter to vent air out and nothing but my squirrel fan thing to vent in being it will be air from outside the room and not outside the house just a gar between my walls so no bug issues on filtering in and i think the fact you have it on a rail helps also as its moving constantly not just sitting .....

And at least i have 2 of those fans sitting around and a super heavy white one with ' um well it kinda looks like a snail - think its just a old style cmf fan working really good pulls a large amount of air from the room and forces it out pretty fast only draw backs is its heavy and loud
