Foxtailed calyx's, nice and sticky. Looks like most of the Sour D we see around here, the good versions that is! Some pieces are so calyx'd out that they almost don't look like weed. I could stick this in the corner of someones room by the floor, and I bet they would trip out thinking it's some kinda weird mold (non smokers of course)!!!

SMELL

Dominant smell of bud : Dirt, diesel fuel
Associated smells of bud : Funky, dank.

TASTE

Dominant flavour : Tastes like rich dirt... in a good way. Really earthy.
Associated flavours : Swampy, musty

Harsh/smoothness : (1-10, 1 being extremely harsh and 10 being extremely smooth)
5 = medium
- cough factor? : Not harsh really. Pretty smooth for such an intense taste.

BUZZ

Profile : Percentage of head to body
Head 75% / Body 25%

Potency : (1-10, 1 being extremely weak and 10 being extremely potent)
7.5

Duration : (approx length of buzz, from first hit)
1.5 hours

Use : Night/ Day
Day = Doesn't seem too strong at first, it makes me want to keep smoking it to taste that flavor. But when I stand up and get moving I feel really happy and stoned. "Permagrined" with that Sour D taste on my lips. The stone goes away pretty quickly, like as soon as you eat something you wanna smoke again. Perfect sunny day weed.

Munchies? : Yes.

This was done by my friend, in bubble buckets, with GH 3 part. Carbo-load added at the end.

I see you also just posted a review of the East Coast Sour D. Which do you prefer?

I've had NYC SD, East Coast Sour D, and regular (Socal) Sour D. I have a feeling you are in Socal also... because the Sour D i get looks just like that. The regular Sour D has a much richer and fuller flavor in my opinion and I would prefer it everytime over the East Coast cuts.

Personaly, I like regular Sour Diesel.

I am in the SF Bay Area.

It's funny, because it just all sells as Sour D. Unless someone specifically states that it is ECSD, no one deferentiates the cuts here.

It's either bomb Sour D, or bammer Sour D.

Oh believe me I've had ca's bamma ass sour d. I've had better beasters on the real. As for the real sour d some of the best out there done right.

that sour D looks nice man.
I was smoking some last week that looked the exact same.

it gave me an intense body high and I seemed to be hungry for the next 4 hours after just 3 hits!

Good report. I've smoked the regular sour diesel before. It's one of my favorites! Smooth, nice flavor, great high, and I agree a very pungent smell. Neighbors could probably smell me smoking it down the street.....lol!

i have smoked chemdog d and headband(sour d x ogk) before and i loved both so when my boy had some sour d the other day i jumped on it to try it out for the first time. all i can tell you is that shit is the WEAKEST potency of any herb ive had in a while and doesnt even come close the headband or the chemdog! that shit aint indo, its pretendo! haha tastes good at least. btw my shit looks exactly like yours in the pics. im not in cali, but it came from cali.
