Seems like it is I had a friend come around and take a look who’s been doing it for years, turns out I was using a light mix and didn’t add enough cal/mag, thanks mate appreciate the feedback

Dude, I'm just glad I'm right. I'm finishing my first grow, I'm a novice too.

No way, spot on you must be deep in your research. You got pictures of your grow?

Pink Runtz
Using a 2×4×5 vivosun kit
mostly Fox Farms with some added Nitrogen and Epsom salt.
Ph around 5.8-6.6
I did that ADHD deep dive and it all just clicked, I suppose that's a green thumb.

Okay so update couple days later, she now looks like this I checked the PH and realised it was at 7.2 so I need a flush with just pure water at 6.2 which is recommended, but now i seem to be having the same problems in the other plants that I have too any suggestions :/

My suggestion would be to just add a little patience.

Give the plants some time to recover and see if the problem gets worse. In particular, notice how the new growth looks. The leaves that are already damaged won't ever turn green and look healthy again, even though the plant is in recovery. So to see if the PH adjustment fixed the issue check the new growth and see if that looks healthy.

I saw someone suggested that it's a cal mag deficiency. Not saying that it's not, but I think it would be unwise to make too many changes at one time because it will be more difficult to determine which changes did what for the plant. If it was only a PH problem then you don't wanna create a new problem by overdosing with unnecessary fertilizer. I use BioBizz myself, also with the light mix and I never add any cal/mag to my plants at any stage of the grow! I do have some rather hard water here though, so that might be why I don't need it.

You might check the undersides of the affected leaves with a magnifier, looking for bugs. Just to rule it out.

This is good advice. It looks a lot like mite damage.

Their trio and Sledgehammer some of which is organic, but not all. I use a non-organic nitrogen supplement, the basic AB two part solution. Med/heavy predawn watering three times a week, a quick shot of moisture for a few minutes each morning a couple hours after dawn. Used lst clips low, net higher up. Now I wait for tricomes to ripen/amber a bit before i cut and hang.
