Anyone had much experience of staggered harvesting. Got some plants with quite a lot of underdeveloped buds towards bottom of plant. Was thinking of taking top buds off but have been advised in the past that they dry too fast and best to take whole plant... Thanks

I've done it and it worked well snipping some of the super ripe cola's and leaving the lower popcorn to develop some more.

Yes I do it all the time, the top half is done so I chop it then let the rest of plant finish up, this is called a sequential harvest. Or if I'm not in the mood I take all the popcorn bud and make canna butter, depends if it's worth it.

Just dry what you remove slower and more carefully.
I like paper bags in a controlled environment once I remove buds from branches.
Then on to jars for me.
