I will say I'm a little afraid to use non feminized seeds, and I don't want to take seeds I'm not 100% sure I'll use. Most of them aren't that old, in fact after looking I didn't even post a pic of the one plant that's 2.5 weeks, granted it's not where it should be either. Of the pictured plants the one with the damaged cotyledon is like 8 days from sprouting(that one probably won't make it), the other 2 are like 6 days & the last 1 is 1 day old. And I'm basically in the process of kinda starting over, I just don't see the point in trashing them until I can grow something that does better. I mean I don't think they're hurting anything down there.I’d personally give up on them and start over.
Your seedlings look like they’re 1.5 days old after 2.5 weeks, and your soil doesn’t look healthy either IMO.
I’d start with 1 or 2 seeds instead of 5+ until you can get them a little further.
Seedlings don’t need tons of water. You can give them enough to get the roots wet, but there’s no need to soak the entire cup until the plant starts getting bigger (especially if you’re watering til run off - waste of soil nutrients).
Remember that overwatering is about frequency and not the amount administered per watering. Your plants will absolutely love a wet-dry cycle, don't fret too much on letting your soil get dry a bit. But if they get passed by new plants they're gone. I will say it's somewhat promising that the one I got from Greenpoint looks the same at 1 day as the others do at 1 week. Just going to change watering practices & see if they recover. Already have 2 more of the Greenpoint seeds soaking to go into dirt probably tomorrow.

Clones, DOMES UNTIL ROOTED.
seeds have roots off the start they do not need domes and as seen if you do use domes it will usually cause issues.
lights need to be absolutely minimal with clones as it drives transpirational demands.
with seeds they can handle more light but your still best off giving minimal lights until the first true leaves.
