I'm not very good at describing smells and tastes but........

Different rooms will obviously produce different results and it seems like everybody sense of smell is slightly different also, but for me it has a rich earthy hash like aroma with a hint of something else underneath, kind of sour almost. The aroma sweetens a little during a cure maybe hint of citrus. The taste is similar to the smell.
