This is great news, I am anxiously waiting hoping that they cannot get the supermajority needed to make it out of the senate. I can see the other bill, the one that puts the repeal back in front of the voters passing but I am sure if given another opportunity to vote again we will be victorious! Nice to see this thread canna, good work!

Personally, I think that the attempted deal making (vote swapping) is at least immoral if not criminal! It shows that these politicians are not making decisions based on the merits of the issues! How does it make you feel knowing that your pain and suffering means nothing to these politicians?? Isn’t it great to know that your pain and suffering can be traded for a few votes to gain more money for a completely unrelated issue (HB-2)!! So much for debating the merits of medical marijuana; apparently its biggest merit is the fact that it’s a great bargaining chip and can be traded for money! 28,300 bargaining chips; that’s all we mean to them!?!?!!

And the god man Essman says that only two thousand people (or less) can be in need. And would he also suggest that those cards be auctioned off to the highest bidders to maintain a good revenue source? I sure hope that you are ALL making a very detailed list of names for your next trip to the voting booth! Betrayal, beyond betrayal!!!

Hey Folks Just checking in here. I moved to Montana from Texas a couple weeks ago and Ive been trying to catch up on all the news. At this point is there anything the people can do? or is it just up to the elected officials to decide?
