So I know what ppfd is. But what is part? Sorry I'm 21 questioning everybody. I'm just trying to survive out here, and learn more than I know now which isn't much anymore lmao, and not have to pay for my smoke anymore lmao.

It just started the new growth on top from where I had to change the soil cause the fly problem it had in the coco noir medium that royal seeds provides. Just trying to make sure that it won't hurt or stress it. Cause it's had enough stress!

ideally your plant would not stretch at all and start producing leafs almost at ground level then you know its enough

So after seedling when should I start to back the light off of it? And what week of veg stage should I start introducing the notes and other stuff into the watering?

Quick Guide – Lux Levels for Optimal Cannabis Growth

Life StageMaximumGoodMinimumVegetative70,000 lux40,000 lux15,000 luxFlowering85,000 lux60,000 lux35,000 lux

< 15,000 lux – sparse or “stretchy” growth – plant isn’t getting enough light
15,000 – 50,000 lux – a good amount of light for healthy vegetative growth
45,000 – 70,000 lux – the optimal amount of light for cannabis plants in the flowering (budding) stage. If grow lights produce a lot of UV light (such as LEC), stay on the lower side of this range
70,000 – 85,000 lux – a lot of light, some strains thrive at this light level, but some plants (especially auto-flowering and Indica strains) lose their top leaves early under this light intensity. At these levels, lights need to be kept further away for healthy growth
> 85,000 lux – at this light intensity, you’ve hit the plant’s “saturation point” which means your plant can’t use all the light (most strains will experience light bleaching or other major signs of stress at this level!)

Great to have you here — this is a solid place to learn and share. Don’t hesitate to ask questions, no matter how small they seem. Everyone starts somewhere, and you’ll pick things up faster than you think. Looking forward to seeing your grow journey!

Now mind you I was supposed to be remodeling this said bathroom I'm growing in but I couldn't pass up the opportunity for a decent grow beforehand . Anyways, idk what lux means lol. I do know about using my light meter, just not what wattage I should set them at in each stage. I have the heights figured out, just not wattage. I also just started introducing the nutrients to the plant as well. Not sure how much water they should be getting either lol. Been trying to not kill this and keep it alive so any advice I can learn from I'm all ears. I love apple fritter autoflowers....idk just smokes different . Attached is what it looks like today.

Does the light meter have a lux meter? I bought a cheap one off Amazon for 20$. I don't know how accurate it is.

Not sure if it's been mentioned but there's the photone app. Check it out online. Read the directions though. You need to make a diffuser out of paper.

It's kind of a pain in the ass for me but others use it and it's pretty accurate from what I hear.
