Strange small leafs and not growing well

This plant has been growing and looks healthy but hasnt shot up like everyone else. The growth is healthy and green not showing any def and stems are very woody. She is in a coco/peat compost and lava rock/pearlite mix at 1/3 each. I am feeding compost teas, and alfalfa teas with a top dressing every ten days or so of bat guano and bio live. All the outher plants took off like crazy with the same dirt/food. We feed twice weekly with silica once and water on the in-between days. Thoughts?

Are they all the same strain? From seed?

Different phenotype I suspect...

Yes not all plants even same strain will like same food .

i have 16 plants, five different strains and a bunch a pheno types, but only this one funky one. Everone else loves it!Defiantly something going on. Also with this light organic feeding and minimal NPK foods they should all like
