That's the Starfighter X Yeti 3.

These are what I call my twin towers, finally hitting true veg growth. They were the first set of branches on the bottom from seed. I also still have the original merited...

Ya know, I've had some amazing luck with the 3 main genetics I have. But this fire berry kush is by far the best tasting/smelling plant I have. It's amazing for real.

Killin it in dwc. Several inches of root growth each day. aurora innovations soul
Grow 5ml
Infinity 5 ml
3/4 tsp Epsom salt.
Might need another bottle because there isn't any micro nutrients listed on the bottle, just secondaries like MG cal and iron. Still need manganese and the likes...

I find myself asking why did I quit dwc. I'm gonna be done flowering I this plant before the ones in soil are even ready to go in!Exploding roots!quadruple the root mass in 24 hours.
Is this a nice shade to yall?

Closest thing to a cola I've grown. They always shrink to nugs.
Is it me or is this normal for someone with my experience? About a year and a half continuous growing.

this is what amending my happy frog used soil with recomended small pot dose of roots organics dry nutrients. Still getting her roots set in, I figure top next weekend if growth is good then the week after top dress with bloom and put in flower tent. @G gnome I'm thinking the bottled nutes should not really be used in soil, or I seriously needed to up the dosage.

You probably need to cover that bucket with something.
The roots don't like the light hitting them.

It's just a starter bucket I'm putting it in a 5 gallon duct tape covered bucket or black (3 gallon?) bucket from a flower shop. She don't seem to mind. Root growth is still at full speed. There's like 2 inches of water in that bucket and is staying super aerated. I'm thinking I might go with the smaller bucket as I would like to be able to run more than 1 plant with the bucket, which also means I need a new lid.

If you have to buy a new bucket... Look at a Rubber maid tub..
But the heavy duty ones and you can cut upto six holes in the lids for net pots.
Just be a 10 gal tub I guess.

Alright my friends! Update on my garden in veg... finally got some new growth, albeit very slow, and new growth is green and healthier! It's been very aggravating trying to nurse the Back to health, but slowly but surely it's working. I WILL NOT LOSE MY 3 MAIN STRAINS, The Big Chipper (small yielder), Starfighter X Yeti 3, and my great tasting Fire-berry kush!

Using 1 tsp/gallon and a half of Epsom salt too much? Slight calcium lock out? Tips are curling to the side on leaves in middle, and leaves on top are saying too much nitrogen.
Using 5 ml aurora soul Grow and infinity in about 1 and a half gallons worth of water. Her new tops are forming fast.

Hey @Seamaiden, would you be so kind as to look at the second picture in the post directly above? I see blackening in the leaves at the edges. Feeding schedule is still small, she is gaining size fast, but I can't find anything on that dark spots like that

@Seamaiden this is it here got worse overnight on really only 2 leaves which by nodes mathematically are pretty much center of plant.

Mid plant like that I tend to examine potassium utilization, especially since the edges are just beginning to look scorched.

So was diluting the mix from 5ml grow and infinity and 1 tsp of Epsom salt with an extra half gallon of water a good thing or bad thing. She's showing nitro excess at the top of the plant, and a couple of the tips lower from the top are curling to the side...
Is this possibly a case of the plant trying to find its own balance, along with still getting used to having good uptake? She came clone from a under fed plant of mine, unknown genetics.

She is also growing under 50 watts of CFL grow lights (vitalume). I feel like next week I won't be saying this like she will fall into the groove.. she doubled in size AT LEAST, in the last 10 days.

I would drop the MgSO4, it facilitates utilization of N IIRC. I don't think the plant is trying to find its own balance, I think it's telling you it's not happy with the K levels. Without going through all of your details again it's difficult for me to say more, especially since I'm not familiar with the fertilizers you're using with the exception of the Epsom salt.

I am also a fan of making one adjustment at a time, then making observations. I think if you drop the Epsoms, you may see this funky stuff stop, as well as the appearance of N+ here.

Hey thank you sooo much! I will drop it out and see what happens. The nutes I'm using has mg and ca in it, 2% mg on grow and 1% on infinity, and slightly more ca. I didn't know if that would be enough mg or not. I really do appreciate the help. I'm trying to keep things basic for a while since my veg garden has been looking crappy. Everything is looking better now though. With people like you and YOU helping, I will get this down pat!

Update! same angle shot as October 18 posts' first picture. Got a new led screw in bulb for growing. Says it's good for all phases. Came very nicely packaged for $20-ish. Father in law bought me this! if these parameters are real are they decent? I have three of them, I figured I will add them as my plant in dwc progresses, then transfer her down to the tent under the 400w with the new led lights once she is all trained and grew.

Soil is growing like crap so I put my duplicate plants down in the newly cleaned tent. Had to get something in flower, 12 PLANTS at once! If the top dress works well I think they will bring in close to a 10 Oz and be smoking by Christmas! We will see, though.

How about this walking dead show, right? Who is ready?!?!

Starting the tie-down process! Gotta top her off with some water too, @Seamaiden the new growth is happy and healthy looking, those two leaves are still showing and very very slowly getting worse. She is still growing very very well.I did remove the Epsom salt from the nutrients. So there aren't any micro nutrients past mg and ca and fe. It's the roots organics soul synthetics grow and infinity. Do they just not list it?
