I will be adding a 4'x8' grow table to a grow room. I was wondering if I used a 6ft light moving track and a 1000w light w/ a dimpled umbrella hood. Would this be enough light for the plants.Going to have 18 plants on the table. Or would it be better to use (2) 1000W lights? Can someone please give there advice? Thanks!!

Only go for the mover if you can't spare the wattage.
