My first impression is it's complex. I wouldn't take the time to measure in fractions of an ounce. Plant growth is too unpredictable to be that precise.

Edited: Some say it's difficult to over feed when using organic nutrients.

- Excel did that; I will round up or down.

Too hot will burn the plants.

I probably wasn't helpful in my earlier comments, so I thought I'd try again. A problem I have in assessing someone else's soil mix is I don't use or haven't used some of the ingredientes. That's true here, but I could possibly add a bit about what I think I know. I recycle my soil, and that changes everything. I also add nutrients to plants individually during the grow based how the plants are growing, so I don't use a one-size-fits-all formula. I often add to the mix based on what looks good. I haven't used composted manure, Dr. Earth or Fish Bone Meal.

I mix soil a few weeks before I plan to use it. I start the mixture with soil that has been composting since its last use. I add plenty of perlite, coir or rice hulls for soil porosity. I include friendly fungal mycorrhizae. I sometimes add wood chips from fruit trees. For nutrients, I add worm castings, biochar, azomite, Gaia Green nutrients, Epsom salt and gypsum. During the grow, I water in several amendments from Bloom City, including Root Fertilizer, Clean Kelp and Silica Boost. I also top dress the soil with the dry nutrients. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things.

It looks like your formula has even more ingredients than mine, and it looks really good. At a certain point I kind of say, enough. I have the same challenge when looking at soil formulas. I don't know what every ingredient actually adds, so I can't really comment. I think that's a very common issue, because only a professional would really know what each component does for the mix.

One need not be a professional. One only needs to be willing to learn. I mostly know what each one does for the plant. That doesn't mean there's nothing left to learn. It just means I started simply and added amendments and nutrients as I went. Each time I added something, I did so for a reason. The reason may have been to try a recommendation, or to solve a problem, or to improve the crop, or to apply new learning. If these plants get what they need to grow, they'll grow.

Lots of sources on the web about organic amendments and what each one brings to the table. Just have to do the research

I think most people have got away from super soil and went to living organic.
