Hey Gang
Sweet BC Salmon
4 Lemon
2 Orange
2 Cup of Honey
1 Kilo of Salmon
1 tbs Canna Finely grind
Peel the Lemon & Orange
cut in pieces.
In a large sauce pan put
the honey at medium heat
then add the Lemon, Orange
and Your best Canna
Let it slowly simmer, it will
reduce a little, then add
your Salmon cut in 4 pieces
with the skin toward the bottom
Let it cook 2-3 min then turn it
After you turn it use 2 forks to
remove the skin, it should be
easy now that it is cook and let
it cook another few minutes.
Now you should have some
nice cook Salmon in a nice
sweet caremelised sauce.
Just serve on a bed of Basmati rice
with the caramelised sauce.
