maybe overwatered, but that can be fixed just let it dry out. your vpd is messed up. you said its 60 degrees in there? too cold.

what is day/night temps/humidity?

When the plants and roots get colder, everything slows down. When you move plants around, the lighting that they react to changes and the plants can get droopy and look overwatered. Overwatered is just a lack of O2 at the root zone from the soil holding too much water, not from watering too often... although one can cause the other. Once they get back outside and warm up a little, they should perk back up.

i love you guys thank you so much, and im learning about VPD right now,

and im also preparing these plants to move to an out door grow....so its all kinda fucked off right now, it got to 30 the otherday so ive been keeping them inside garage till the warm weather comes back around, trying to get these healthy as possible and then transplant to a garden bed outside.
