I thought of a very similar idea last night lol. The design I’m going to use will have a vent riser with a cap that makes a big “U” and feeds the intake supply from underneath. Same idea, different shape.

That’s where it’s going to be finding a balance with the airflow. If it’s 80 outside and there is a slow draw of air strong enough to reduce temps in the shed, that 80 degree air should come out somewhere around 72 degrees dependent on the depth of the pipe. Not having the intake vent pipe in the direct sun is key too.Looks like a good idea to me, depending on time of the year. If you are drawing air from outside thats 80° I don't see ot cooling to 55° by the time it enters your growroom

This is my first grow log and I’m excited to see what transpires. Huge thanks to everyone on here for a wealth of knowledge.
Special thanks to @Captspaulding for the Cali Blues and @FloridaMike for the Northern Lights and Hashplant.
For this grow I’m using a combination of soils due to the unavailability of more than 2 of anything up here. I’m using ProMix Organic, Mother Earth Groundswell, and G&B Blue Ribbon Organic. I’m not an organic grower so whatever medium is available at that time all becomes Mega Crop in the end
For Veg, I’ll be using Greenleaf Nutrients Mega Crop. For Bloom, I’ll be using a combination of Mega Crop, Sea-K, Sweet Candy, Bud Explosion, and I have CalMag always at the ready.

The light used for the Hashplant solely will be a Phlizon PH-D6, which was so graciously provided by @PhlizonGrowLight. The rest will receive their illumination from the Phlizon FD-4000.

You would do well in the Palm Desert. That damn heat is too much. I take it like a champ though. It’s better than the winter with RA.Fucking perfect!

Yeah, Palm Desert would be great! Well, maybe! The monsoon moisture that comes up from Mexico is the Achilles’ heel down there! No moisture up here till mid October! And I think bear Water nailed it when he ran electricity to hisgrow shed! Alternative energy is still way too iffy and expensive to depend on! Bear is living large now!

Yeah, I saw that! It’s the new gold rush! I am really happy for any of the salton sea denizens that managed to make out on that! That’s a hard-core bunch out there and they deserve a break!
