The reveg had to be from a light leak. Im blaming myself and saying I didnt get a zipper all the way closed.

I knew she was super leafy since getting the net but Ive never grown the strain before so I was just letting it go. After @amneziaHaze said something I started thinking about it more. I double checked my parameters and she only got 29 dli from flip. I must of turned down the lights after the first schwazz and forgot to turn it back up.

That's some good news, they seemed to be ready.

So did I get that right, when you have a big plant like that you cut the plant in two parts and then hang em up? Guess to prevent mold and a little faster, more even dry?

If you'd do that with my plants the whole house would smell like crazy!
Even now I got with an active coal filter in my tent, an open window, two stairs, 3 closed doors and still smell it at the front door and that's only 3 small plants

Yeah with all those leaves I didn't want to hang it whole. But not trying for a faster dry. Low and slow is my preference.

Of course my tent fully closes. I have to unzip it to get in there for watering so my guess is that I didn't get the zipper all the way zipped.

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day in the gas chamber. Both the blue cheese are ready to come down. I shut the pumps off and dimmed the lights.

I decided against the diy cannatrol and ordered the pieces needed to automate the closet for drying. Those will be here mid day tomorrow.

Yeah not super excited about that. Im doing serious time so trim prison. Maybe I should buy something for that!

I needed to be able to control the ac based off the closets temp so the room works right while drying. I only got the 4 outlet ac infinity power strip and their small humidifier.

Got everything cut and hanging. I'm having an issue with the portable AC dumping humidity into the closet on startup. It's around 5% causing the closet to hit 67-68rh% for roughly 5 minutes before the exhaust can get it under control. I've tried a bunch of fixes but still working on it.

Not a lot of pics but this is the under side of stubby. Big momma is very similar but a little more developed and the outer "shell" did pretty well with the under canopy lights.

Ive been so focused on the harvest and getting the closet stable that I neglected cookie monster. Basically she got no canopy maintenance all week. Thursday she was kinda droopy and res ec had shot up to 3.4. Didnt think too much about it and added some ro water to balance it out. Friday even more droopy and had some brown spots showing up. Ec had went up to 3.7. Now I was worried but didnt have time to really do anything. Added ro water really diluted it down and lowered the light intensity. Saturday she was looking pretty bad. Brown spots meant cal defi to me and i was pretty sure it wasnt from a lack of it. I mixed fresh nutes anyways and did a full res change out. Also wanted to check the roots which are hard to see without draining the res. At this point on Sat. I was pretty certain she was choking on her own leaves. I think the canopy was so thick she was having problems with transpiration. That combined with the tent doesnt have an exhaust or controller so Im controlling the environment with 2 clip fans and how much I unzip the tent. I did some minor defol and opened the tent so she could get some air. Here she is on Saturday.

Sunday she was looking better and I decided she could probably handle the canopy work.

Ive got about a bucket and a half from cookie monster so far. I seen a guy talking about eating them in a salad a while back.

I made a handful of mistakes on the first 2 plants I grew like this. Ive tried to make the corrections with cookie monster. If I can keep up with her for a couple more weeks I think she will turn it something.

The soil grow is coming together. I had to order a few carrots online from blumat cause my grow store was out. Once those carrots are here I'll have all the pieces of the puzzle and be ready to pop some beans.

I think this means the soil is ready.

Cookie monster update. Today the plan was to work on the bottom layer of leaves . The bigger fan leaves hanging out around the net level. But once I got started I ended up focusing on the under developed branches instead. I also trimmed up the tops.

Since I switched focus my before pic is of the canopy and not the lowers. Maybe one day I'll get the photography thing figured out and get the right pics.

Plan from here is another couple days of rest then I'll get the lower leaves thinned out. Most of those branches are 12"+ so she needs as much help as possible getting the light down to net level.

My "malted" barley always sprouts for some reason when I cook my mediums lol. The suppliers keep refunding me and all that as it's not supposed to happen due to the processing.

Nearly every cook is full of barley when I open the lid haha .

I didnt think it was supposed to sprout either. When I asked the internet I was told some seeds grow due to the minimal processing approach used. I just stirred it in to decompose.

Today is day 8 of the blue cheese dry. Hay smell has come and gone. All is good for the most part except I think my airflow was too strong. Not so strong that I flash dried. The balance was a little off and the outside buds are farther along than they should be.

Just a little too much fan. Had two 8" fans going on lowest setting. One on the floor mixing humidifier and ac duct blowing straight up. One on the shelf above taking that mixed air and bouncing it off the ceiling back down on the plants. I made airflow adjustments 2 days ago. Turning off the top fan and pointing the floor fan to bounce off the wall. Today I put the fan on a cycle of 10min on 5min off and aimed it to bounce off the floor then the wall.

Im trying to make it until Sunday then the plan is buck everything into food grade buckets. Im hoping stubby will fit in one 5gal bucket and big momma will probably take two buckets. The goal is to get as much of the moist and dry material together in a bucket to equalize and rehydrate that outer material that got a little too dry. After that I'll trim and bag for cure.

Got some spikes in there from getting it setup and I let the humidifier run out for 45-60 minutes once but the avg has been solid.
