Spent the last 20 plus years a convict in this state because if this beloved plant....woke up today a free man! Still dont know how I feel about it all...imagine a lifetime of hiding ducking and dodging, failing piss test getting fired from multiple jobs because failed test, being harrassed treated other than human....one would think I would be jumping for joy and doing back flips...Not! Its a bitter sweet i guess...either way i will keep rockin this plantDude have you ever been to mass? Its a commenwealth state with state police who truly believe they are nazi stormtroopers! Mass state police were correctly depicted in that flick with jack nicholson...the departed! I can only imagine the bullshit stops that will take place now man jesus...........I have never been able to grow aan acre or 20 plants because i just couldnt plain afford it with cost of living where i am...............I knew my lifestyle could get me in trouble but the system failed me and my people many,many moons ago, I refuse to let the man tell me what i can and can't do in the privacy of my own home. If that means i only rock out 7-10 plants at a time so be it. I have done time for my beliefs and this plant.

Nevada made it legal to buy marijuana only from dispensaries that grow state registered crops. no private growing no trading no smoking in public. there are a limited number of licenses all of which will cost a fortune. .... Contrast with Massachusetts. growing is encouraged and 6 flowering plants allowed. you can grow 10 ounces to keep at home and can carry an ounce in public. if you grow more than 10 ounces you may gift to others who's harvest has passed and even keep tallies of harvest for harvest trades. this keeps the amount in any one home relatively small encourages a community of growers and makes sense. .... even Colorado doesn't allow for more than an ounce of pot after a harvest.

I was just going off of this research You can legally possess no more than one ounce of marijuana. So, if you happen to have a bumper crop, be sure to have no more than one ounce of the drug in your possession at any given time. That said there is NO LiMIT on how much recreational cannabis you store, only a limit on plants, and the cannabis cannot leave the grow in a quantity of more than an ounce.
You can sell only to your registered patients as a caregiver. You can give away anything you want(ounce at a time) people duck the law by selling a tote or some other bs and gifting the mmj for free with it. Like the prostitution/escort loophole
