There are bugs all over my plants. They look like fruit flies, what should I do?

Only thing I've ever trusted to spray, when plants are flowering, is Lost Coast Plant Therapy. They endorse using in flower, though of course it's best to avoid in normal circumstances but when bugs invade you gotta do what you gotta do lol. . .

i tried a product called "aquabac" for fungus gnats and it worked better than mosquito dunks.
it's a dry product and you just sprinkle it on the soil and mix it in a bit. every time you water it releases some BTI.
had gnats at the start of the grow and 1 treatment fixed it
