Just some advice for moving out to Cali..

Many county's that were resisting MMJ collectives are now allowing them. Looks for the countys that the flood gates have recently opened...

Also if you grow ok weed, you will have problems selling it. If you are talented and produce the primo top shelf.. There is a market for it. Some clubs will still pay 5g's a pound if its the ultimate kill. You just have to be that good. :)

I love california and Mexicans! All people for that matter, I don't appreciate or respect negativity or belittling anyone though

Humans are humans trying to make it in a life none of us asked for, make the best of it and don't be a dick

anyway, round my parts you can get real nice PHAT houses on acreage for 300 - 400 k

I would never go to so cal to live, not my kinda lifestyle, but like sway said, north of sac is nice, and much nicer than humboldt, humboldt don't have shit on us over here IMHO....humboldt has a bunch of overpriced real estate and too many clicky people.....we have Hmong, Hispanic, blacks and whites and more all getting along just fine over here and I am speaking from years of experience after living in humboldt before I moved over to this side of california

hit me up Kid if you want more advice

yo whats crackin KT??? San Diego is a good place to be... Homes in good areas r runnin 250 to 300 right now.. A 3 or 4 bedroom 2000 sq ft. home in chula vista, jamul, spring valley or country area like Ramona (where they say sensi first started in the mid 70's).. The downtown scene is off the hook aswell as Pacific beach .. lots of bars and clubs... Some of the best beaches in the states... aswell as bein voted no.2 in the states for havin the best lookin women... L.A's only an hour and half drive away and theres also Puerto Nuevo and Ensanada an hour and half south of S.D... and not as grimey as L.A... (no pun intended my L.A friends).. Ohoo and ur dank would go for 42 to 5 a pnd out here bro!!! south

How seriously anti mexican can anybody be who lives in california. You can't operate without speaking spanish here even if just to say where you are going. I would be dead and gone without carnitas and the fat bassline of a mexican folk song.
