Not new to growing cannabis, but new to growing indoors. It’s been quite the learning curve growing in a pot compared to growing outside in a raised bed. I’m currently growing a Watermelon Zkittles clone. Three weeks ago I switched to a 12/12 light cycle when she started flowering. She was doing fine for the first two weeks, but I noticed this past week she hasn’t developed at all. I think she might have went into lockout. I flushed the medium today with a gallon of mixed Fox Farms Sledgehammer and did a light foliar spray of some nutes. My question, does it seem like her flowers are developing extremely slow (3 weeks in) or is this normal for an indoor grow? Thanks in advance…

You’re on track. Sometimes they will be bigger sometimes smaller.

Day 21ish of flower, I would say that the development is where I would expect it to be. Good up on ya!

Thanks! I’m use to growing outdoors. I grew up in Cali, but now I’m on the East Coast and can’t grow all year outside. I never even had to really pay attention to growth by the week out there.

I'm kind of in a similar situation. Been growin in Florida for 30 years, moved to Virginia 2 years ago. Environmental focuses certainly change. Look forward to seeing what you do.

Update :

I think the FF Sledge did more damage than good. After flushing her all her fan leaves started wilting, followed by all the sugar leaves. This last Monday I flushed her again with water but that didn’t help at all. She started to die from the canopy down. Last night I cut all her branches and used around 20 of her best remaining stems to attempt a monster crop clone (very first attempt at doing this). Hopefully some of those clippings will actually root, then I’ll “re-veg” her and see how it plays out. I’m going to pull the stalk today and take a look at her roots to see what actually happened….

Sounds like over wet roots that have developed root rot to me.

I don't pay attention to growth by the week. I just let them grow the way they want to grow.

The only reason to flush is to remove excess nutrients.

That’s what I’m thinking too.

I threw that crap away. Their feeding chart recommends flushing with it and like a dummy I did. Next time I’m just going to use water if need be.
