Thats a lot of damage for just 1 heavy feeding, where did the fan leaves go?She's not in too bad of shape besides some leaf tips got burnt. She didn't even go through a lockout so the nute burn just came from one feeding and I watch that stuff carefully so I don't know how it happened! After the burn, withing 4 days she was back to packing on weight and calaxys continued to swell plus the smell continues to increase and trichome production continues. That being said, that's why I didn't worry bout her too much! She got right back on track. It's a producer that's for sure!
Fxd.am i still seeing some white pistils? they need to mostly brown/orange up and start to recede into bud for ripeness is one indication
+Some genetics and also some feeding programs will allow white pistils to the end IME.
Thanks bro. This strains definitely a producer! I got a couple scopes around here but when you let your son in your workshop! Lolam i still seeing some white pistils? they need to all brown/orange up and start to recede into bud for ripeness is one indication
plant looks amazing brother
I defoliate my autos. The fans stay on for most of the grow but towards the end they get stripped with the last defoliation before flower! I get so much more light penetration this way cause I have just recently made the switch to LEDs from 2 1000 watt hps so I'm learning a thing or two about light penetration now!Thats a lot of damage for just 1 heavy feeding, where did the fan leaves go?
Leaves need to collect the light, not the buds. Think solar panels on a cloudy dark day or covered in snow, you get little to no power, its the same concept for plants. The leaves need to be there for photosynthesis. I defoliate too. But i leave at least the top 2-3 sets of leaves and only defoliate on day 21 of flower, then ill pick a leaf here and there as they get in the way.I defoliate my autos. I do the same. Most my plants end up looking like this. Like I said. This one had the burn which caused most the leaf to go crunchy like that! I took alot of the dead stuff off is why it's looking thin. Didn't have no choice!Leaves need to collect the light, not the buds. They look good. Just in case you didnt know already, With the 40 or 50 autos ive grown, ive noticed autos need about half the food photos do and they end up being much better than those grown at full strength doses.I do the same. Beautiful little things though! Looks like small little glowing cities on each big! Lol. Just smoked some the OG I've been curing so the creative juices got to flowing. LolI've had several scopes. Got one coming from Amazon now. I just got a regular lighted jewelers loupe this time. None that fancy stuff like I spent money on before. I usually don't even use the scope until like you said, once the stigmas start to all turn their final shade. I shake alot so if I don't have something on a flat surface, it's harder for me to enjoy viewing them.
