Titanium plate or 'top hat' in the Bay?

looking for the titanium plate 'bell' (HMK) or 'top hat' glass oil burner for my 14mm RooR joint in the Bay area...

is it available? i've seen the phedor bowl, but that was about it when it came to decent oil burning vehicles. thanks for the 411
