summer time i think ill grow a jack here x skunk 1 and see where it goes . might have to keep to 6ft though . to bring in side after the days start getting shorter keepand graft over winter then in summer boom.

Just patiently waiting. Really Wana see that "1 jacked up skunk" They are such awesome strains alone really hope they are twice as good together. Do you have any pollination planed for one of her babys?

Graft will NOT 'change' to be a 'new strain'. It will NOT "take characteristics from the host/mother".
What oftem happens to 'grafted' plants like roses, weeping cherry, crabapple, etc... is the rootstock "suckers".
Suckering means the rootstock(mother) develops new growth UNDER the graft union. That will not happen with cannabis.

The 10 in 1 OR in @organix4207 case the 5 in 1;). Is a great idea IMO. He is severely limited by plant count. That single 'plant' would allow him to grow 5 different strains on one plant. All he would have to do is clone from each different branch, BUT and this is the important part, you must always leave a spot/node on the new branch for it to reveg.

@420 lyfePpP that looks dead on to an orange diesel I saw back in 2010 on the mag. Maybe it's a orange diesel cross, you said it had a Chem smell?

Nice I knew there would be something that I can use from it. Really digging the idea of the poly tent, have thought about something like this with a ziplock but then always wound up using a clear tote, but it's bulky and in the way most of the time. Sometimes I need more than one and that really becomes an issue!!! Thanks @rubthe nub

just formulating a plan as we roll but i want to through some nevilles haze x skunk 1 at it when i get time . then Back over a indy johnsen witch is Hindu kush x alien kush . should all combine to make something nice . The jack x skunk is one of mine i did outdoors 2 summers ago

Atm the strains I will graft are , early 90's dj short blueberry, alien dawn kush , franchise seeds orange earth , lorans lbl and old Toby .

To tell you the truth I have never tried it lol
a fellow farmer and I are trading some genetics. I'm hooking him up with old school dj short blueberry he's sending me old Toby beans. He strongly recommends this strain for my medical needs (chronic pain from broken neck)
I trust my boys word so she will eventually make it onto my franken-mom
once I receive the beans will be popping some immediately so keep ya posted.

So i checked my bubba s1 and noticed the top of the plant died but the rest of the plant was fine. any ideas ? i took the dead part off the plant pre-foto

Looks like could be insects bored into main stem. Check the spot where you cut off and look for irregularities with eye glass. Just a thought ??

Bro I just want to say 1 thing. Loran is a god. Literally everything in that man's catelouge is amazing. Plant those old tobys and u will love them. I also have them and will be popping soon. Got an lbl going into bloom in a couple days. Anything loran is fire.

Another thought is an animal could have marked the plant with urine !!!
I've had happen before and if sunny out and hot .......it will kill anything it touched !!!
