Just starting to look at ScRog and stuff. Not very Mobil so moving them round to water . Is sog strain dependent or you can Train? Topped for first time and got good results. Could it be done with a perpetual garden? If you are growing like that, why not just sog it? I'm not trying to give you a hard time, I'm genuinely curious?

@Junk it's a bloom booster (Mother Of All Blooms) with an npk of 0-52-32. Straight salt, smells kinda funny, looks like an illegal crystal substance lol. According to the labeling it is derived from Mono-Potassium Phosphate and Mono-Amonium Phosphate. Also contains Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride).
Applied it for the first time today, .5 gram to 1 gallon water to avoid frying my ladies. Will probably reapply next week at a bit higher level, depending how they respond by tomorrow.
Also a cool ass town about 3 hours south of SLC, has the arches national park just a couple miles outside of it.
NY is a medical state, no?I haveent lived back here in NY for over 10 years and dont know anyone anymore. The people I do know are parents in their 50s and 60s that buy meds from me. And I might be so inclined to just take a walk around the Bronx or Wash Heights but I have 2 priors and can't afford even the slightest bit of trouble from NY's finest....Ill just have to suck it up=(
Didn't mean to whine, this isn't a crybaby thread, so I'll have to find a way to push thru the pain
Lord have mercy!
It's very strain dependent. No topping (at least I've never seen it). The only thing I've seen people do to it is cut off weak branches.
It can be perpetual, but it's usually done in batches. It looks more like this...

The reason I bring it up is bc you seem to have a lot of wasted space in that area. & that's fine, it's your grow, your prerogative.
But if you were to grow like this, it would make a better use of your space. Scrogging is great for high yields & big plants, but it's a pita to work around in my opinion. I did it once, & haven't done it again because I hated working around it.
The above pic is hydro, but you can do it in soil. So basically, you would have space for say 32 plants? You can either do ph by adding one plant at a time. Or perpetual harvest in batches of 32.
Some people say the latter is not ph. I say it is. What is the difference between someone vegging out a plant for a while, so you have 32 tops, outputting it in the flower tent, vs. having a batch of small plants with 32 tops & doing the same thing? Nothing, that I can surmise.
Also, I'm pretty close to trying out something new and thought you guys could help me pick. First, with the breeder to make it easier.
Which breeder should I try out something from next?
Archive, Bodhi, BOG, Cali Conn., Connoisseur gen., DNA Gen, Exotic Gen., Gage Green, Mr. Nice, OG Raskal, Sin City, Top Dawg
(few others I don't think would get picked :p)
I myself Found that the grow is very theriputic for my PTSD and the new gear popping is just as rewarding... ya know to find something new and fun to play with.
I still have a few of my original cuts like my Loompa And My Nyvia II.....
I only take cuts from what I get the best Vibes from
Thats just me.
If I were looking to spend Cash On gear what you listed are all great Breeders and I say place um in a hat draw a name or two.. Let Fate guide the Green Green Future of your grow @MGRox
Peace FlyJ
I forgot to welcome all the new comers to the thread, welcome amigo. Good to have yall round brother @Junk @gardnguyahoy, and a howdy to the ones I haven't seen in a while which are too many of yall motherfuckas to mention.
I run what's ready and has my attention. But my attention often shifts from one day to the next. I'm not sure what will get run only that when I do decide it will be my biggest run to date. I'll be blooming with at least 2k worth of light. So when it's time it will be by far my best show.@Tnelz & @FlyinJStable are you guys gonna be running the new stuff as your whole floors, or still running other things at the same time? Are you guys planning / do you tend to take backup cuts of everything or just run em?
@CBDEMON What is the CT in the CTHA?
@Power OG you mentioned liking a couple phenos of the 818 HB. Could you describe those at all, or the one's you found to be the best? I ran out 2 females this year (think I put pics of both here) and liked em enough to grab a pack at the convo. Curious of what possible traits I should look out for when I try em again.
Last I feel like a total ass hat bumping this, but maybe it got missed.
I want to utilize the space best . Just don't got the money or energy and shit . I'd have my house stuffed if I could . If I had the resources I'd love to make it better . But just the beginning. ☺It's very strain dependent. No topping (at least I've never seen it). The only thing I've seen people do to it is cut off weak branches.
