I'm sorry, I will not deal with any ogs...or any other... Out here... Chem or any other period... Too much of that out , won't and will not deal with it or them...ever... I got peeps falling all over to give me ogs... no sir...I still sit and look on... Those look like fed s** T...good luck to those...out there...hmmm...I'll maintain my stash for up generations... Hmmm...

those long hairy protrusions are throwing me off... check to make sure the mouthparts face forward and not downward...
usually, the hairy protrusions are for slow moving blind mites... Amblyseius cucumeris mites are generally ranging from yellow-orange to orange-pink and a clear orbatid mite...




Even if it isnt a cucumeris mite that dont mean its bad...could be any number of soil mites... how many pairs of legs does it have also? And if you ordered mites recently, often they are shipped with a harmless cheese mite as a foodstock in transit... could be those... see if you can get more of a side view of the mite.

I just ordered these today I really didnt look too good just got the scope out snapped this pic and left the house. The description didnt say they came with food mites like the other product they had did but it didnt say it didnt either. I looked briefly but they mostly looked like this some with hair most without@SeaF0ur

right on. I cant really see what I want to which is the mouthparts and leg configuration anyways... and theres more than one subspecies as well... I dont see anything worrying but the length of the hairlike protrusions is the only thing that threw me off... hard to say, but I'd bet the hairy ones are food.
Also, they dont like to say it, but occasionally, some are raised with actual spider mites to eat so they are accustomed to hunting and eating that prey... noone wants to advertise that... I've given myself 2 spot spider mites from releasing predators before... talk about somethin that'll chap your ass...

not that time... I didnt get infested either... instead, they were controlled, which is not the same as eradication...
I had a small roving population of mites that seemed to move their colony around in a nomadic fashon

I actually looked again thru the bran remains in the bottle and yeah that must be a food mite because I see the cucumeris in there moving around too theyre way faster impossible to take a picture I notice alot of these hairy one are dead too. Im gonna follow up with some swarskii mites hangable packets in a few days. @SeaF0ur

they never did leave webs either, just kept moving around sucking my sap leaving silvery spots on the leaves.

release them in a way that the fast movers have to crawl out and then remove the package, dont just dump em all over your canopy.

Got a pack of huckleberry from dynasty on the way. Pumped. Anyone got any opinions on the strain. As much as I love opinions I mean from someone who has actually grown them.
