those long hairy protrusions are throwing me off... check to make sure the mouthparts face forward and not downward...
usually, the hairy protrusions are for slow moving blind mites... Amblyseius cucumeris mites are generally ranging from yellow-orange to orange-pink and a clear orbatid mite...

Even if it isnt a cucumeris mite that dont mean its bad...could be any number of soil mites... how many pairs of legs does it have also? And if you ordered mites recently, often they are shipped with a harmless cheese mite as a foodstock in transit... could be those... see if you can get more of a side view of the mite.
