@SpitXFire don't ruin a good thing.....I jumped on LESs about 8 years ago....kept spending money to get better....no luck......I returned to sodium vapor cause the weight was much better...it looks like they are much better now but I think in another few years the lower prices will be instrumental in getting people to switchI get long ass node stretch with these mh currently. Not enough light for the room, leds would be boss bc they're supposed to run cooler yes?
Hard to argue with the led master himself. I won't speak for bloom although many can but I will tell u this as far as health vigor node spacing nothing comes close to led. I've never used a fancy brand. All cheap all perfectly effective Apollo horticulture in here. From seed to flip they just kill anything else.I get long ass node stretch with these mh currently. My current 600 watt light cost 197 dollars. Cheap as hell. 8 years go they didn't have 5 watt diodes lol. I know a good handful to get by, I didn't know they actually called it "the stretch." I thought I read somewhere that different lights can make them look bare or stretched compared to the amount of leaves it has. I recently lst'd my tops to even the canopy and they took to it overnight, so today i turned them down beneath their branch. Hopefully I will see node growth from the auxins?So again i promise im not trying to be a dick, just helpful....Usually, not always, but usually when someone says a number of days like, shes 20 days in, they are talking about the number of days its been since they switched the light cycle to 12/12 from 18/6 or whatever. Im not sure if you knew that since you said 36 days from seed. Also the first 4 or 5 weeks after the light cycle has swithed to 12/12 is called "the stretch" bc you plant, depending on strain, will sometimes strech as much as twice as big...or more...
