They double to triple in flower. If you're going to scrog,that's a good thing since you'll use that extra height horizontally to fill in every cm of your net.
Either way you handle it, you'll want to flip now.
Flip now for sure if that's going to be their flower space. Or find somewhere with 2x more area to flower them and scrog them there for a week or 2 then flip.

Ya I have 7' and quickly running out of room. Flipped monday and already gained 4 1/2" on my tallest plant. I femmed one and wish I did the rest. But I'll make that assumption when i see the end result. But yes they about to go crazy.
2 tier scrog is the way to go. Use larger spacing on the upper netting to compensate for the colas. It seems like you could get your canopy 12" under the lights
