It would be hella easy to have a glassblower custom make you one of those, and probably not expensive. Should be able to get a heavyweight pyrex one of those made for under $100, it's like 10 bucks worth of glass and parts from the looks of it. Any rookie glassblower could make one of those I bet.

For those still curious this is the original "Toker" bong. I inherited it from my father. Classic hippie! Still one of the best water pipes I own!
