Question for fellow UC users please. When topping up the Undercurrent system with water, and not using a top off reservoir, what do most people prefer to do?

Manually top system up or use a float valve connected to pressurized municipal water supply ?

Can the float valve that comes with the UC system that is in the Epi Centre; can that float valve handle municipal water pressures ?
Thanks

The "system" is nothing more then a Res ( trash can in my case ) with a hole on the bottom with a hole drilled near the bottom to feed a float valve into the epicenter

You should consider having your top off supply a nutrient solution rather than fresh water.

having a hot supply keeps your nutrients stable so there are no swings and shock to the plants from recieving less nutrient at end of the week....pretty much locks them in and continues to eat a steady food supply!!
