I used build a soil ai assistant one night. It was linking me stuff that was irrelevant to what I asked it.I had a great conversation with AI last night about music and the whole time I was thinking how it was totally gassing my ego. I honestly just use Google Assistant which is now Gemini to turn on grow lights etc.
Last night was interesting. Got a call kind of late from the Finnish neighbor wife. Something about being stuck in bed or something... Wife and I raced over. The husband has Alzheimer's and doesn't really know what to do so she called us. Apparently had a really bad back sprain, had been to the doctor and everything but she laid down and couldn't get back upright. So wife assisted her... And I ran home and grabbed some of my industrial strength THC coconut oil for her. She didn't even want to wait, asked my wife if she could apply some right then.
I wasn't gonna let a good high go to waste so I don't know how late I was up plucking the guitar. All I know is I woke up with that uneasy feeling not really sure of what I might have posted online while I was baked... So I jump to the THCFarmer website. Couldn't find the Trainwreck thread. I thought oh shit it must have been bad if I got myself banned!

My work’s legal team is the process of determining the legality of communication with ai. In the meantime we’re not allowed to try and trick it or confuse it. Not really a problem because they trick themselves. One evening for two hours this ai bot was attempting phishing with partial info on customer’s. After failing with the data set it would move on to another. It would eventually hang up when it was not provided with additional social engineering information they were trying to obtain. The same voice didn’t realize it was speaking to the same person it just hung up on. It had multiple stories. Ai is only as good as the programmer. It doesn’t learn as it’s portrayed to do. In this instance a scammer and a programmer tag teaming were probably less as effective as human scammer.Makes a guy wonder just how far down the rabbit hole AI will go validating completely delusional thought.
Fortunately I have a more "parental" AI model because I occasionally start conversations the AI shuts down on me, telling me I'm gonna get myself killed or arrested with whatever train of though I happen to be exploring with it
