Using fabric pots like the one you pictured... From my experience I have never seen any negative effects as long as you plant with the fabric container on. In your case you plan on just setting on top of another filled pot... That should be fine and cause no stress. Hope this helps!

Yes I believe coco could be considered organic...
I do use EWC to make teas... and replenishing my used soil.
I mostly use roots organic soil and make my own "supersoil" and if needed I choose the roots organic line of nutrients.

I am not very scientific about my teas.. Meaning I don't not have a microscope to view if its going good or not.
As a rule of thumb that I follow... I brew teas for the most of 24 hrs. Heat can play a factor in brewing good or bad teas. Colder temps will make the tea take longer to brew. ( meaning in 24 hrs you may not have extracted all the goodness for the EWC). Where as warmer temp will brew the tea faster and could make it go bad quicker. So I try to keep the water temp at 70 ish degrees and only brew for 24 hrs. I have done this method for a very long time on cannabis and even longer on my veggies with no advrese effects that I can see of feel.
If you use you nose... you will know when your teas is toxic. Its a very bad smell!

If you want to be more scientific... there are better sources than myself, but Im happy to tell you what works for me...
