Two mars hydro ts600 or one ts1000?

Which setup would yield best results, 2 mars hydro ts600 led lights or one mars hydro ts1000 led light, specs for lights are:
Ts 600 / Ts 1000
11,500 lumen / 22,000 lumen
2,0 umol/j / 2,3 umol/j
100w each / 150w Ts 1000 has a few more red diodes for flowering

The tent is a 2x1,5 feet (60x40 cm)

With that tent one TS 600 is more than enough for a first time grower. Grow a Indica heavy plant. One.

My little 2x2 farm started with one TS600. I could adjust the light height for optimum level from seedling to chop with a 5 deg. F temperature rise due to the light. This yielded 6oz of great buds and a large pile of kief from three White Widow Autos.

My last run was with two TS600 and I had to have the lights as high as they could be in the 2x2 tent with a deflector needed to lower the light level for seedlings. The temperature rise was 10 deg. F. Near the end of the grow I was pushing the plants with to much light. The three Purple Kush Autos yielded well with seven jars and a large pile of kief.

If I was building my little 2x2 farm over again I would use a adjustable light with a remote ballast so the temperature rise would be lower. My limitations are a house temperature of 75 F in the summer and the sound of my sound box enclosed fan noise. The whole system parameters need to be in balance for it to work so more light is not always better. (My humble Newbeling opinion)

Think of it this way. If you buy 2 mars hydro lights,that's doubling your chances of failure and the lights crapping out on you.

If you buy one,its alot simpler.

Do you need the heat the light will offer ?
If yes then go for the TS1000.
It may be too much but running it at 75% may also be optimal.
If you have not considered heat or it will be a problem then maybe go with the 1 TS600 and a fan may work for you .
Total conditions are to be considered in lighting.
When I switched 2 out 6 of my lights my room changed temp by 6-10f ..Not in a good way ..

When given the choice, always go with MORE lights. Why?

-better coverage
-gives the option of expansion

You can always dim the 2x100w panels to = the same wattage of the 150w panel

You need 2 to 1000 300 watts at least

Thats 100% wrong. 100w is more than enough. 300w won't make any more in that space and most likely make way less.

Dudes in a probably 4 foot tall veg tent thats 2 x 1. Hes trying to grow weed not create a forest fire. lol 300 watts. Probably burn his house down.

I have a Mars Hydro and it will grow plants, but when I upgraded to an HLG I definitely saw a major difference. Considering the time it takes to grow and harvest, seems like a small investment and get the best lights you can afford to get the most and best quality out of your grow you can
