It's weird, it bounced back within a few hours. It was looking better 2 hours after I posted it, and now today it's looking like it should look. It's around 6.5 inches now. I'm thinking about changing to flowering stage soon so it'll stay a little over 12 inches.Over and under watering look similar
Let the soil dry out, if it starts looking better soon it was probably underwatered
If it starts looking better after the soil is dry it was probably over watered
