So a question I am cant seem to find a straight answer for is using both veg and bloom light switches on my LED light after flipping to 12-12?

Currently I understand red light is most appropriate after switching to bloom... but is using both veg and bloom together beneficial at any stage?

I have 2 1000w Giixer lights running with 2 plants in a 32x32in tent

The question is more complicated than that. If your plant can handle the additional light and heat from using both switches in flower then it will likely benefit, if the plant does not need the extra light and overheats then it will only be detrimental. The only one that can know if it will work well is you by trying it an making some observations. Get a light meter app on your phone, an infrared thermometer, and do some searching on vapor pressure deficit (VPD) so that you can create the proper environment and make the most out of your lighting.

Once you get the basics under your belt look at getting a decent white light led like hlg, timber, kingbrite, etc. The cheap blurple lights like what you have are not very efficient, light coverage area is poor, heat output is high, and they have a short lifespan.

OP is asking about the cheap blurple lights that have the switches for veg and bloom, not nutrients.

I'm using a viparspectra TC600 in a 4×3 grow tent. Plenty of coverage, flourishing, it only heats my tent by about 10 degrees. Minimal cooling needed. Built in timer and dimmer.

None of what you said is good. The TC600 only has 265 watts, for a 4x3 500 watts would be much closer to the appropriate amount of lighting. Considering this light requires built in fans to keep from overheating I would say that it needs maximum cooling not minimum. The fact that it raises the temps in your tent by ten degrees with only 265 watts shows just how inefficient it is.

I'm not trying to light shame anyone but the blurple lights are quantifiably inferior to other leds and are a bad deal as well. Just because they meet the low bar of being able to grow plants does not allow me to excuse their shortcomings, especially when there are better options available.

The most light you can give it while not cooking the plants. I agree with @FourthCity
