I am planning roughly 3 days with my son and will have friends of the family staying with our dogs at our house. I have 3 tents going right now with 20 plants, all plants will be 7-9 weeks old when I'm gone. I am running LED lights and everything works on automatic timers. I have a small wonder if I should shut things down so there is zero risk for the house guest (i.e fire from lights) I have thought about 2 options - your 2 cents?
1) Pull plugs and let the tents sit dark while I'm gone - will this force them into flower mode, other issues from 3 days in dark?
2) Leave everything running as is and make sure they have a big drink
Make sure you have a fire extinguisher ready and that your smoke alarm is functional, give them a big drink, and make sure your karma is relatively good imo..... I mean it should really be fine. If you put plants in the dark for 3 days they are going to obviously flower but beyond that idk.....that is a long time.

I've done it for 8 days, where I bought a water timer that would fill buckets I ran tubing from. I also had jars with one feed worth of each nute on blocks so one would get water first mix a bit then the second and third...not the greatest mixing but for just one feed it worked.there was just 1 other watering. every 3 days I ran the timer for 20 seconds to fill the buckets fast. I felt that if my lights and timers were safe when I was home then do a safety check and hope for the best Mexico here we go. All worked fine.
